Your receipt of an electronic, or other form of, order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If applicable, your order will be refunded in the original form of payment.
Orders may be canceled any time before the order is packed by contacting email@example.com as soon as possible. Please note, this condition does not apply to products, made to order, customized products, special order and pre-order products as well as individual orders.

Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, shall be as follows:
Payments may be processed in Ukrainian griwna or Euros. Charges for shipping and handling will be made in accordance with our then-current shipping policies, as described below. Payments made outside of Euros will be calculated using currency conversion on www.xe.com on the day of the transaction. You agree that YS is not responsible for any credit shortages due to currency conversion rates.
Please be aware that for made-to-order or special pre-orders, you should expect a wait period up to 3 months between the date you place your order and the date that the product is ready for shipment. The estimated delivery window will be noted on the product page of the respective.

Changes in Products and Pricing
All pricing for the products is subject to change. For all of the prices and products on this webpage, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturing price changes, errors in advertisements, and other extenuating circumstances. If the price of an order changes after you’ve paid for it in full or after you’ve paid the prepayment, your order will be canceled and your payment refunded.
We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and prices. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or prices are accurate. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Please bear in mind, by handmade products minor imperfections are possible and are not considered as faulty.
If the product is made-to-order from the product picture, the minor differences may be present, as each product is finished individually by hand.
The additional warranty, beyond the legal 14 days right of return, is a voluntary commitment. This is 30 days from the date of purchase of the goods for non-seasonal products and 30 days from the purchase of seasonal goods during the current season.

Products that are received damaged or become damaged by a manufacturing fault within 30 days of purchase during the season of seasonal goods (the term depends on the kind of product) are considered faulty. YS will determine, in its sole judgment and discretion, whether the damage is as a result of normal wear and tear or some other reason.

YS is pleased to accept timely returns of new and unused products within 14 days from the date you received your order. Returns can be refunded to the original method of payment.
Products must be returned in the original packaging intact, including all boxes, hangers and other signature packaging materials. You must write on your invoice that it is a return, and the invoice must be attached on the item.
Any returned products which are damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled, altered or have been worn may not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Refunds will not be processed until the products are returned and inspected by YS.
Please note, products made-to-order, customized products, special order and special pre-order products as well as individual orders are not subject to return or exchange. All products not eligible to be returned will be noted in the Product Details.

To process a return, sign in to your YS customer account and select Order History. Click Refund Request beneath the order containing the product you’d like to return. Select the product you’re returning and click Submit Request. Please note we don’t cover the return shipping costs. Please use trusted shipment servises e.g. UPS, DHL, Hermes. Please note the products, which get lost and not returned to us, will be not refunded. Thus, please send the returns insured with a Tracking Number, as you will be able to request refunds for the lost products by the delivery service, you have chosen. Please note, you must include all commercial invoices for items being returned.
